The duties listed below are not all of the duties that may be assigned but are those that are considered as essential for an employee to perform. Leadership: Role models positive teamwork and professional communication. Duties of Charge Nurse include assessing and directing clinic flow, general problem solving, delegating duties and tasks to appropriate staff, preparing staff assignment schedule, and leading clinic "Huddle“ as needed. Serves as BCCCP coordinator/navigator and Vaccine coordinator. Clinic Duties: Utilizes the Nursing Process to assess, interview, triage, educate and implement the plan of care.
