Lead-Related Construction Unit Chief | HEALTH PROGRAM MANAGER I
This position supports the California Department of Public Health’s (CDPH) mission and strategic plan by accrediting training providers that instruct the lead-related construction workforce and certifying that workforce to perform in a manner that prevents childhood lead poisoning. The incumbent works under the general direction of the Environmental Program Manager (EPM) I (Supervisory), Chief of the Lead Hazard Reduction Section. The Health Program Manager (HPM) I manages the Lead-Related Construction (LRC) Unit. The HPM I ensures compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements for lead-related construction activities.
