Department Name: 40113:Opioid Abuse Research Strategic InvstmntJob Summary: The University of Kentucky is seeking multiple Implementation Facilitators for the for the NIH HEALing Communities grant. This is a five-year grant aimed at decreasing opioid overdose deaths by 40 percent in 16 counties. The Implementation Facilitator will play a critical role in expanding evidence-based interventions by leveraging local change teams in diverse organizations within each county. Change teams will be comprised of leaders and staff from organizations such as syringe services programs, jails, probation/parole offices, and/or treatment centers providing medication for opioid use disorder.
