OBJECTIVE/ OVERVIEW:The Director of Advancement (DA) is responsible for developing and overseeing initiatives that advance the organization’s mission and strategic priorities to increase CUHCC’s community impact. The Director of Advancement identifies, secures, and stewards resources; manages federal, state and local grant contracts, private gifts and leads external relations for the clinic. The position supports department level efforts to increase private philanthropic funding, and to position CUHCC      for the future.  A pivotal member of the senior leadership team, the DA creates and develops initiatives that promote sustainable growth to attain short- and long-term strategic goals.
