Job Summary:The BSW Wellbeing in Medicine Institute works across the BSW healthcare system to provide interventions to support psychological and emotional health through a variety of innovative programs.  The role of the Research Scientist includes designing research to address the effectiveness of these interventions as well as examine systemwide factors that contribute to improved wellbeing among our physicians, nurses and other health care clinicians. The ideal candidate will have a history of scientific publications and research dissemination as well as history of successful grant writing and obtaining grant funding at either the private or federal level.
