This Computer Support Technician II shall be responsible for: Performing walk-throughs and ensuring that all necessary technical and non-technical equipment is available in the end users' work areas. Repairing or replacing equipment when necessary. Communicating to the appropriate division when additional equipment is required. Troubleshooting computer problems on both Windows and Macintosh platforms and performing hardware upgrades as necessary.
