The Senior Analyst (SA) models complex scientific clinical data for studies supported by the Heart Center. The SA collaborates with Principal Investigators and machine learning and computer engineers to develop clinical decision-making tools using statistical, algorithmic, mining and visualization techniques for a multicenter clinical research registry of pediatric patients with single ventricle anatomy who have undergone a Fontan procedure and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging. This Senior Analyst will be responsible for: The SA will build new databases, as needed, and maintain a valid and accurate data repository to ensure availability of required information. Advise on the development of data collection and management systems.
