This Computer Support Technician II shall be responsible for: Performing walk-throughs and ensures that all necessary technical and non-technical equipment are available in the work area. Communicating to the appropriate division when additional equipment is required. Troubleshooting computer problems and performs hardware upgrades as necessary. Guiding end users through diagnostic procedures to resolve problems relating to computer, training or network connectivity issues. Working with technical teams and coordinates the resolution of problems. Following up with end-users as necessary. Escalating problems to supervisor, as needed. Repairing, maintaining, and supporting all workstations, Operating Room video integration and monitored systems.
