Summary:  Responsible for preparing standard journal entries and maintain accounting records. Prepare and review Daily Cash Report. Prepare monthly fixed asset journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts. Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including, but not limited to cash, accounts receivable, prepaid expenses, fixed asset, deferred revenue, and accrual accounts monthly. Maintain schedules for monthly and quarterly review in preparation for the annual audit. Research and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
