The Department of Health Law, Policy, and Management at Boston University School of Public Health is seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) Post Doctoral Associate to lead and support multifaceted research activities focused on Medicaid policy, care delivery models, and equity of care. The position will be supervised by Dr. Megan Cole. Time will be divided primarily between three research directions. The first will use All Payer Claims Data (APCD) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) data to study how the statewide Massachusetts Medicaid Accountable Care Organization (ACO) model affects quality of care and addresses unmet social needs of patients (e.g., food insecurity, housing insecurity); this focuses on maternal health, mental health, and chronic disease populations. The se
