JOB DESCRIPTION: The person in this position provides assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of health conditions, as well as counseling and referral services. The ultimate purpose is to provide healthcare services and have a positive impact on community, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the supervision of the Public Health Nurse Supervisor.
