Summary: Responsible for compiling, analyzing and summarizing financial results of programs and coordinating with Accounting, Grants Admin and Program Ops to ensure maximation of revenue and optimization of financial results in accordance with the budget.

Anticipated salary: $83,000 Extended experience: up to $94,000 if experience exceeds expectations
Principal Functions:
Produce and maintain standard monthly analysis of program results.
Support revenue planning for forecasts and annual planning
Month end close duties to accrue and reconcile revenue and expenses and
Lead deep dives into the business operational results, specifically but not limited to, analysis of project costs, performance, cost trends and profitability
Facilitating Program Operations to work with project teams to develop cost estimates and to monitor project costs, identify variances and recommend corrective actions
Be a liaison and business partner for Accounting, Program Operations and Grants Administration
Become an expert in data mining out of JAMIS system
Qualifications:
Bachelor???s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
At least 5+ years of experience in accounting with 3+ analyzing program financial results
Minimum 5 Years working for a non-profit
Demonstrated proficiency in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, continuous improvement, and project management.
Knowledge of GAAP Financial Principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in financial modeling and analyses
Detail oriented and highly organized
Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent critical thinking skills
Solid understand of Grant Accounting and Compliance with Agreements
Strong Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills (Pivots, VLookup, etc???)
Strong partnering and teamwork skills; and professional and positive ???can do??? attitude
Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities accurately while working in a fast paced and vibrant environment.
