This administrative position will assist in many operational and support related matters associated with the pandemic. The individual will work closely with the University COVID-19 Coordinator and helps to support the University’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This position is a hands-on project manager who will utilize discretion and independent judgement to manage the numerous day-to-day pandemic response efforts. The position will need to work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends.
Manage testing and restriction cadence
Manage student, faculty, and staff COVID compliance status
Submit weekly data to designated external stakeholders
Outside test reviews
Vaccination and exemption marking in Banner
Manage testing reminders in CoVerified App
Manage vendor relationship with CoVerified
Manage COVID Task Force email
Manage Quarantine database
Manage Isolation database
Assist with Contract Tracing process
COVID compliance researching and investigation
Other duties and responsibilities as necessary in order to meet the needs of the Health Center and the University
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Bachelor's degree required with a degree preferably in health sciences, public health, health administration or related discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven ability to thrive in high-energy environment, managing tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
Strong ability to communicate to various different constituents in a tactful and confidential manner.
Valid driver’s license
Ability to carry up to 15lbs.
Critical thinker, with an ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
Fully vaccinated and compliance with all Covid related policies and procedures.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, and professionalism to interact with a wide range of people at different levels of an organization.???
