Reporting to the Health Systems Quality Assurance (HSQA) Equity and Social Justice Manager, as an Equity and Social Justice (ESJ) Strategist, you will: Assist in the development, design, and implementation of Department of Health (DOH) initiatives to promote diversity, inclusion, cultural humility, equity, and social justice throughout the HSQA division. Partner closely with other ESJ staff at DOH, DOH’s Tribal Relations Director, other state agencies, and community partners. Support the implementation of the agency’s transformational strategic plan within HSQA; providing support and guidance to offices and programs and overseeing alignment with the agency’s commitment and approach on these issues
