Under the general supervision of a Research Scientist 1, this position oversees the design, development and implementation of an integrated training and exercise program within the Department of Health to sustain and build public health capabilities to prepare for, respond to, and recovery from emergencies.   This position is responsible for the design, conduct, and evaluation of exercises utilizing a building-block approach in accordance with established Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation (HSEEP). This position will also lead the development and administration of a comprehensive training program that is compliant with the current federal grant requirements, and established State regulations, standards, directives, and policies and procedures.  This position serves as subject ma
