This Department Director I for Gynecology will be responsible to: Manage daily operational issues and problems for the department and outpatient program on matters of billing, admin procedures, budgets, and personnel either through direct action, advice or as liaison with other managers. Supervise all dept admin staff, including senior admin assistants, clinical coordinators, and admin secretaries. Interview, hire, orient, train, and discipline staff as necessary.
