COMPUTER SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR I
The Johnston County Public Health Department is seeking a Computer Systems Administrator I to join its two-person Information Technology unit, which supports approximately 130 users. This role serves as the initial point of contact for IT support issues and is responsible for triaging and managing tickets as they are submitted. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and collaborative individual with exceptional attention to detail. They will possess the ability to independently drive projects forward and recommend innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
