The employee is responsible for the supervision of the nursing program and is responsible for serving as an authority of the unit. This includes administrative duties such as planning, organizing and managing daily operations, quality assurance, personnel management, and staff development. This position is responsible for the supervision and evaluation of the Medical Clinic nursing staff, and will coordinate with Administration on matters involving daily operations. Nursing supervision duties also include oversight of public health programs including policy and procedure. As such, this position is accountable for assuring that all services are provided in accordance with federal, state and grant requirements and that staff work to their full scope of practice without exceeding that scop
