The Pennsylvania Department of Drug & Alcohol Programs (DDAP) is seeking a dynamic, intellectually curious, and team-oriented Director for our Bureau of Operational Excellence. As the Director, you will serve on the department’s executive team, collaborating with the Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and other executive staff as you plan, organize, and direct efforts related to our initiatives in prevention, intervention, treatment, recovery supports, and related activities. This Bureau’s hard work directly relates to the department’s effort to operationalize our RISE guiding principles of reducing stigma, intensifying primary prevention, strengthening treatment systems, and empowering sustained recovery for people with substance use disorders (SUD) and problem gambling.
