Research Scientist | RESEARCH SCIENTIST III (EPIDEMIOLOGY/BIOSTATISTICS)
Job Description and Duties The candidates works under the direction of the Research Scientist Supervisor I (Epi/Bio), Chief of the Data Analysis and Matching Unit in the Surveillance Section. The Research Scientist III (RS III) serves as lead in the development and dissemination of the California HIV/AIDS Epidemiological Profile (Epi Profile), coordinates and provides strategic direction and support to a team of analysts, research scientists, and data management staff to prepare the Epi Profile, statewide and county HIV Care Continuums, and National HIV/AIDS Strategy (NHAS) fact sheets using complex Statistical Analysis System (SAS) queries, data steps, and procedures, adapting a format provided by the CDC and the US Council for State and Territorial Epide
