Under general direction of the Training Technician 4, will assist with the development of department specific training programs (utilizing current methods i.e., in person Classroom training, Virtual Instructor lead Training and Go to Webinar) for the development and mentoring training for the employees Department of Health. The incumbent in these positions will utilize the New Jersey eLearning system (also known as the NJ Learning Management System (LMS) a cloud-based software system that delivers online- education courses and training.  The eLearning system will be used to assign and track completion of mandated training courses.  The selected applicant for these positions will prepare reports on progress of completed training programs and track co
