Job Description and Duties Under the general direction of the Division Chief, Quality and Planning, the Staff Services Manager II (SSM II) has full management and supervisory responsibility for the Division’s Health Information and Data Technologies Branch, and is responsible for planning, directing, organizing, and providing leadership to the Health Information Unit and Data Technologies Unit.
