The Administrative Analyst 4 will build relationships with executive sponsors and key project stakeholders. This position will be responsible for conducting stakeholder analysis, managing stakeholder expectations, and communicating feedback to the project management team. Lead meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure alignment of project goals and priorities. Create and/or update project documentation including, but not limited to, business requirements documents, scope documents, user stories, workflow diagrams, test cases, and release notes.

This position will document business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, defining the requirements, and translating them into functional specifications. Ensure that project documentation accurately reflects project requirements, scope, and deliverables, and that they are stored in a secure and organized manner.

This position will proactively propose new approaches, technologies, or methodologies that will improve

efficiency, quality, and outcomes. Develop and maintain standard templates, tools, and processes for documentation, to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects/applications.

This position will identify and evaluate applicable laws, regulations, and standards that impact project. Perform audits to ensure that all project requirements are compliant, and all project deliverables are of highest quality standards.

NOTE:  Applicants must meet one of the following or a combination of both experience and education. Thirty (30) semester hour credits are equal to one (1) year of relevant experience.

Eight (8) years of professional experience in work involving the review, analysis, and evaluation of the administrative, business, and/or operational policies, procedures, practices, and processes and/or the technological requirements of an organization for the purpose of revising/enhancing existing information systems and/or developing/acquiring and implementing new IT solutions and services.

OR

Possession of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; and four (4) years of the above-mentioned professional experience.

OR

Possession of a master's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Security, Network Administration, or Database Management; and three (3) years of the above-mentioned professional experience.
