Job Description and Duties This position supports the California Department of Public Health’s (CDPH) mission by working as the Health Program Manager II (HPM II), Chief of the Equity and Strategic Alignment Section within the Nutrition and Physical Activity Branch (NPAB). The HPM II oversees all essential functions of the Equity and Strategic Alignment Section, which serves to align Branch priorities internally, within the Center for Healthy Communities (CHC), CDPH, and externally with local, state, and federal government partners, as well as non-profit and private sector organizations.
