Under the direction of the Deputy Executive Director of the Crisis Operation Team and the Chief Executive Officer, Care Facility, LNHA, this position will be responsible for the following during an active long-term care facility financial crisis: oversee the assessment of residents' needs and review the care needs of the residents to ensure proper placement; assess the process for the transfer of the residents' care needs to ensure there is a discharge plan including equipment, medications, and specialty services; ensure residents' care needs are met while in the facility; observe the facility's staff including the medical record department and the nursing department.
