The duties listed below are not all of the duties that may be assigned but are those that are considered as essential for an employee to perform. Clinic Duties: Fully oriented to all programs and services, can assist team by providing direct nursing care as needed. Utilizes the Nursing Process to assess, interview, triage, educate and implement the plan of care. Provides patient care, administer immunizations per CDC guidelines and assist with procedures and provide treatments per clinic guidelines as needed. Documents nursing interventions in EHR per policy.  Supervision/Human Resources: Oversee staff, complete schedule, leave adjustment, time off requests, approve time worked, posting positions, hiring and evaluations. Maintains big picture staffing plan to orien
