Job Description and Duties The Health Program Manager (HPM) II works under the administrative direction of the Standards Interpretation Branch Chief. This position is based in Sacramento, CA and may be eligible for a hybrid-telework schedule with some in-office requirements. The HPM II will use their skillset to direct a multidisciplinary team in providing interpretation and guidance of laws, regulations, policies and other standards, to providers of long-term care and other facility types, internal CDPH and CHCQ staff, and members of the public, to improve the quality and safety of patient and resident care.
