Purpose of Position: To provide administrative support to applicants, participants, and local staff of the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children.  Administrative support includes screening income and determining financial eligibility, ordering appropriate lab work, collecting and entering data, scheduling and coordinating appointments, issuing food instruments, and providing nutrition education to low-risk participants.  This position works closely with all program supervisors, nutrition staff, health education staff, maternal and child service coordinators, and personal health staff.
