Research Scientist 3
The Research Scientist 3 will report to the Program Manager and the Program Specialist 3 of the Diabetes Prevention and Control Program. The job responsibilities of this position include the following: Monitor diabetes data sources and report on trends in diabetes data over time. Use appropriate data sources and research methodology to assess diabetes burden in populations/subpopulations. Track and analyze DSMES and DPP program outcome data and develop quality improvement strategies aimed at increasing participation and improved outcomes. Coordinate with grantee partners to assess the prevalence of chronic kidney disease and diabetic retinopathy throughout the state to inform evidence-based public
