Purpose of Position: The Processing Assistant IV position is responsible for all operations included in client appointment scheduling, clinic registration, front desk reception, and medical records maintenance and preservation. This position also has extensive public contact. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Significant knowledge of office or work unit procedures, methods and practices.
