Community Health Assistant
The duties listed below are not all of the duties that may be assigned but are those that are considered as essential for an employee to perform. Clinic Duties: Assists with patient exams and clinic activities. This activity may be performed in the main building or at a satellite clinic location. Measures vital signs, height, weight and records in electronic health record. Assists provider(s) with patient procedures, collection of specimens, and accompanies them during exams. Performs cleaning of exam room in between patients and documents on cleaning checklist. Records all pertinent information in the Electronic Health Record.
