Job Description and Duties The incumbent works under the general direction of the Program Manager II (PM II) of the 24/7 Intelligence Section (IS). The Senior Emergency Services Coordinator, Office of Emergency Services (Sr. ESC) performs the most complex, difficult, and sensitive emergency management, emergency response, recovery, and planning work above the journey level.
