Job Description and Duties The incumbent works under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I) in the Contracts and Grants Unit. The HPS I functions as a highly skilled, technical program consultant that works collaboratively with managers and staff across OA’s Branches, Sections, and Units to support the ADAP.
