The mission of the Department of Health (DOH) is to collaborate within the health ecosystem to safeguard and enhance equity and optimal health for all individuals in Washington State. Housed within the Center for Facilities, Risk, and Adjudication, the Office of Enterprise Risk Management (OERM) plays a crucial role in identifying and mitigating events or outcomes that may hinder the agency's strategic objectives. In line with this mandate, the Information Governance unit within OERM oversees the implementation and administration of the agency's centralized scanning unit, which serves DOH programs and staff.
