Job Description and Duties Under the general supervision of the Field Operations Support Unit, Staff Services Manager I (SSM I), the Research Data Analyst II (RDA II) performs technical research, in-depth data analysis, and research studies necessary to gather, compile, and provide analysis and interpretation of data, design and revision recommendations regarding the Survey Workload Activity Tracking System (SWAT), the State Performance Integrated Reporting and Intelligence Too (SPIRIT) Report, and other more complex data projects and assignments.
