Job Description and Duties The incumbent works under the direction of the Health Program Manager II - Chief of the Gender Health Equity Section in the Office of Health Equity. This position supports the California Department of Public Health’s (CDPH) mission and strategic plan by managing the Transgender, Gender Diverse and Intersex Wellness and Health Equity Unit (TGI Unit). The TGI Unit focuses on reducing health disparities experienced by transgender, gender non-conforming and intersex (TGI) Californians and administers on behalf of CDPH.
