Assist in the current volume of recruitment and workforce development initiatives. Assist in reviewing and organizing necessary forms for position request recommendations in accordance with DOH and NJAC 4A procedures. Assist in the processing of exemption requests for continuous recruitment activities. Maintains a log of recruitments by division and keeps a time line of activities. Identifies delays in recruitment process to supervisor and identifies course of action. Will review existing job specifications specific to DOH and make recommendations on updates. Works to make sure recruitment is consistent with HRS circular. Conduct reviews of recruitments reviews and analyzes resumes for qualified and unqualified applicants.
This position may be eligible to participate in the Department's pilot telework program.

EDUCATION: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree.
LICENSE: Appointees will be required to possess a driver's license valid in New Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle, rather than employee mobility, is necessary to perform essential duties of the position.
