Exciting opportunity for a supervisor to lead the Environmental Justice Planning and Evaluation team at OEPHS! This role will focus on administration and evaluation of three (3) environmental justice grants established by budget provisos during the 2023 legislative session focused on capacity building and mitigating climate-related impacts for tribal nations and organizations, overburdened communities, and vulnerable populations. Reporting to the Deputy Director, the ideal candidate will be committed to equity, inclusivity, and centering community in their work. They will lead the team and work collaboratively with other OEPHS programs in all aspects of the grant programs.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing leadership, oversight, and direction to the Environmental Justice Planning and Evaluation team.
Leading, developing, and maintaining the grant program, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Developing and building internal and external partnerships.
Option 1: Five (5) or more years of experience in the following:
Leading teams and managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
Monitoring budget and program performance.
Administering or managing grants or contracts with vendors, government entities, tribal governments/organizations, or communities/community-based organizations.
Monitoring and evaluating the success of a program or providing oversight of program evaluation activities.
Option 2: A bachelor's degree or higher with a major of study in public health, public or business administration, environmental health, natural sciences, or closely related field; AND three (3) or more years of experience in the following:
Leading teams and managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
Monitoring budget and program performance.
Administering or managing grants or contracts with vendors, government entities, tribal governments/organizations, or communities/community-based organizations.
Monitoring and evaluating the success of a program or providing oversight of program evaluation activities.
