Job Overview: This position will serve as the Medical Director in the HIV/STI/Viral Hepatitis section. The position has oversight of the 3 disease-specific program areas including cross-cutting harm reduction and End the Syndemic (ETS) Tennessee (https://endthesyndemictn.org/) activities. The Medical Director will lead experienced multidisciplinary teams focused on HIV, sexually transmitted infections, and viral hepatitis surveillance, response, and public health program work. Collaboration and synergies between the program areas, ETS, and substance use disorder groups at TDH are a priority.
