Under the direction of the Communicable Disease Services, Regional Epidemiology Program (REP), this position would work both with internal Department teams and externally with county and local public health leaders, with staff in Daycare, Schools and Higher Education (DSH) institutes and healthcare settings as well as with other pertinent partners to assist them to identify, study, plan or organize appropriate trainings and educational resources to prevent and mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and other communicable diseases in these settings.  Plans, implements and evaluates training needs assessment and targeted educational programs for DSH, and post acute care (PAC) settings and local health departments (LHD) forums to promote COVID-19 and other communicable disease prevention strategi
