Accounting Technician II
POSITION DUTIES: This position’s main responsibilities are accurately posting revenues fromdaily deposits prepared by six locations to general ledger. Maintain agency vendor list, processall invoices for payment, prepare year end statements (MISC 1099) and annual sales tax report.This includes obtaining all pertinent paperwork and scanning into accounting software andmaintaining paper documents to satisfy records retention regulations. Position will assist withagency electronic purchasing system and serve as receptionist for the agency Business Office.
