PUBLIC HEALTH NURSING SUPERVISOR II Position # 761105                                                                  Salary Range:       $70,623 - $111,620 Primary Purpose of Position: The Public Health Nursing Supervisor II for Communicable Disease (CD) is a key member of the Personal Health Division's Management staff.  Provides supervision of Personal Health Staff working in Immunization and other Communicable Disease clinic/program, STD clinic/program, AIDS/HIV/Hepatitis B&C clinic/program, Tuberculosis clinic/program, Home Visiting, Child Care Audits, and all health care activities related to the prevention and control of Communicable Disease.
