Job Description and Duties This position supports the California Department of Public Health’s (CDPH) mission and strategic plan by working as the Health Program Manager II (HPM II), Chief of the Media and Advertising Section (MAS) within the Nutrition Education and Obesity Prevention Branch (NEOPB). The HPM II directly supervises, provides leadership, and oversees the work of the MAS staff. The HPM II manages staff responsible for providing required United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) SNAP-Ed documentation in compliance with state, federal laws and regulations to ensure program integrity.
