Under direction of the Communicable Disease Service, provides consultation on nursing related program activities essential to implementing program objectives to respond to COVID-19 transmission. Provides consultation to other nursing and public health professionals concerning nursing-related program activities, such as assisting in the response to COVID-19 transmission in healthcare settings, long-term care facilities, schools, daycare, camps, and other congregate settings. May assist in response to COVID-19 outbreaks. Establishes and maintains cooperative working relationships with intra and interdepartmental and other government agencies and the provider community. Prepares and/or revises procedures, standards, assessment forms, and criteria for professional staff. May conduct onsite
