This position focuses on providing rapid access to high-quality and evidence based interventions to address a broad range of medical, substance use, andmental health conditions within an integrated primary care clinic. This positiondelivers brief, targeted, diagnostic assessments and interventions to primary carepatients as a part of an interdisciplinary team. This position functions as a behavioral health consultant in a health clinic and should be able to provide brief consultations on a wide array of physical and behavioral health concerns such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, substance use disorders, ADHD, pain management, tobacco cessation, disease management and treatment adherence, and health-related behaviors
