There are two full-time, permanent Administrative Assistant 3 (AA3) positions working out of the Office of Account & Grant Services and Office of Program Management.  The Administrative Assistant within the Office of Program Financial Management (OPFM) provides support to the office leadership in managing a team of budget professionals to implement effective budgets to accomplish goals of the agency and assigned division programs. This requires the incumbent to understand the goals and the operations of the office to enable success.
