This is a fulltime, permanent Payroll Benefits Specialist Fiscal Analyst 3 (FA3) positions working out of the Office of Financial Services. It supports the employees of DOH by providing guidance to all DOH’s employees to ensure efficient, accurate and timely delivery of payroll and payroll activities.  As the principal point of contact for benefits, this FA3 ensures compliance with payroll policies and procedures for all things related to employee benefits. The duty station for this position is in Tumwater, WA. Telework (mobile work) is currently expected. When approved, the incumbent is expected to report to the duty station for work activities. Partial telecommuting may be an option subject to supervisory approval.  It is anticipated that the i
