Make a difference. As a Heart Disease, Stroke, Diabetes Prevention (HDSDP) Program Manager (HSC4) you will manage the Washington State’s Heart Disease, Stroke and Diabetes Prevention Program. This position serves as the designated department expert/specialist to inform and educate state policy makers, program administrators and the public about the importance of prevention, diagnosis and management of diabetes, pre-diabetes, heart disease, stroke and hypertension.
