This position will serve as the Program Specialist within the Community and Clinical Connections for Prevention and Health (CCCPH) Branch.  This position will support the coordination and implementation of programs and projects that focus on obesity, nutrition, physical activity, diabetes prevention and management, and heart disease and stroke prevention.  Lead the Bike Amenities Program and Pedestrian Counter Program. Serve as the Building Our Largest Dementia Infrastructure (BOLD NC) liaison between the NC Division of Aging and Adult Services Team and the BOLD NC Action Team including staff from the CCCPH Branch and the Injury and Violence Prevention Branch.
