This position supports the California Department of Public Health’s (CDPH) mission and strategic plan by providing public health related communication support to internal and external stakeholders. The Health Program Specialist II (HPS II) independently acts as a highly skilled technical consultant to plan, organize, coordinate, and evaluate all public health related internal and external communications necessary for California’s statewide programs for the Center for Health Statistics and Informatics (CHSI).
